SolarSafe wristbands customer comments |

Below are just a few of the comments we have received from happy customers
"Lewis and James have used the SolarSafe bands for a few weeks now and they find them invaluable whilst out on the water racing. Normally after a race and the boys are waiting for the next race to start they are too pre occupied with how the last race went to remember to apply sun screen but with the band as a reminder they can't get it wrong.
"Last weekend they attended an Inland championship, near Derby and for once they were not red when they came off the water. After they had lunch they reapplied their cream BECAUSE their band told them too. I didn't have to tell them once, what a fantastic product and so easy for them to put on.
"As we all know the water is a dangerous place for sun damage / sun burn and being down here on the South coast it is even worse. It makes me feel happier knowing they are wearing SolarSafe and are big enough to spot the colour warnings and re-apply sun screen when necessary.
"It's important at 13 and 15 to still be cool and the bands do just that, they are fascinated with the mechanics of the bands. Their friends thought they were really cool as well, especially with the current craze of wrist bands, this has to be a product for all ages. I even wear them. Running around a dinghy park helping to rig a Mirror dinghy, and making sure the boys are ready and have the correct food/drink supplies, I often forget to reapply the lotion, the bands worked for me too.
"We travel all around the country attending sailing events for the Mirror dinghy and the boys used to think that on a cloudy day they would be ok without sun cream but the bands tell them a different story.
"The boys are off to Sweden at the end of July to attend the Mirror dinghy world championships in Ostersund. The boys are part of the GBR team and will be out on the water from 9am till 5pm and would have forgotten to re-apply the sun cream but I am now confident that the bands will warn them of the dangers and after a race they will apply sun cream again. Sweden's ozone layer is thinner so the sun is more dangerous than in England so I was very concerned about potential sun burn."

"As a previous Good for Health customer, I came across SolarSafe on their web page and thought, what a good idea! I run a child minding business and it was a perfect solution to keeping an eye on who had sun cream on and for how long. On days out with the kids, it gave me great peace of mind that the children were being monitored for sunburn. I felt a little more in control.
"I used them when I travelled abroad on holiday with my two children. Toby, being particularly fair skinned, was a little bit of a worry for me as with temperatures above 28°C, I was not sure how long he could spend in the sun.
"I have always used sunscreen on them but on a couple of occasions, that has not been enough and I am afraid that this exposure may cause damage later on. With SolarSafe, I was able to monitor easily how often I had to re-apply sunscreen and when to make sure that they moved into the shade. The kids thought they were really cool and for the first time ever, were running back to me to tell me it was time to top up the sunscreen, how marvellous is that!
"I would recommend that anybody who has children and wants to protect them from sun damage uses SolarSafe, it means no more guesswork and subsequently no more sore shoulders and they love it!
"I will never travel without them again."
